1. Service Description

ContractAI is an AI-powered platform that generates professional legal contract drafts. We offer six contract types: NDAs, Contractor Agreements, Rental/Lease Agreements, Employment Contracts, Service Agreements, and Bills of Sale.

2. This is NOT Legal Advice

Important: ContractAI is a document generation tool, not a law firm. These are starting points, not finalized legal documents.

  • Have a licensed attorney review any contract before execution
  • Customize the contract for your specific situation
  • Never rely solely on AI-generated content for legal matters

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Pricing & Subscriptions

  • Free Tier: 1 contract per email every 30 days.
  • Premium Monthly: Unlimited contracts, billed monthly.
  • Premium Annual: Unlimited contracts, billed annually at a discount.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Contact [email protected] within 7 days for technical issues.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the Service lawfully
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse

7. Intellectual Property

You own your contracts. Once generated, the content is yours. We own the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
